Returns & Exchanges

At Belmont Threads, we take great pride in offering custom-made, high-quality products through our print-on-demand partners. Due to the nature of our business, most of our products are made specifically for each customer, which limits our ability to accept returns. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be offered.

Eligibility for Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items, except in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective: If your product arrives with visible damage or defects, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

  • The wrong item was received: If we have made an error and shipped an incorrect item, we will rectify the issue by sending the correct item or offering a refund.

To initiate a return or request a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at [insert contact email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect (if applicable).

Timeframe for Returns:

Customers must notify us of any issues (e.g., damaged or incorrect items) within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a return or refund. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: All custom-made items, including clothing, accessories, and home goods, are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue (damage, defects, or incorrect item).

  • Sale Items: Any products purchased during sale promotions or at discounted rates are considered final sale and are non-returnable.

Refund Process:

Once your return request is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary. All returns must be sent to:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but they typically take 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you are returning an item for any reason not covered by our return policy, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges for customized or personalized products unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a replacement of the same item.

Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, as it may have already begun production.
